Introducing the Rambling Renovators x Tonic Living Heritage Holiday Collection
Friends, it's a very exciting day around here. I'm excited to share with you my very first product collaboration: The Rambling Renovators x Tonic Living Heritage Holiday Collection.
I've had this dream for the last few years to create a product. I wanted something that would be true to the Rambling Renovators style, that you could put into your own home. It's one thing to create online but to create a tangible, useable, and beautiful product is pretty exciting.
I could have no better partner in this endeavour than Tonic Living. If you've been reading here a while, you'll know that Tonic Living and I have been working together for almost eight years. From that first bedroom curtain, to our living room blinds, Tonic Living's pillows, fabrics, and custom drapery have been a constant in my home.
Each piece in the collection is made to order, hand made right here in Toronto. Tonic Living has always impressed me with their quality products and I knew my designs had to live up to that reputation. And so, I've included bespoke details, that make each item feel extra special.
Take Adeline for instance. It's a grey and cream plaid and creates a cozy moment wherever it's placed. But flip to the other side and you have a fun plaid and linen mix, highlighted with an exposed brass zipper.
Arthur is just as charming. I'm crazy over the Moss Velvet on the front, the Gleam Linen on the back, and the Goodman Plaid piping. Depending on the light, Arthur ranges from a deep, rich amber to a golden brown and works so well with neutral tones.
I knew it would be stunning on one of Tonic Living's famous ottomans. Can we all just appreciate the perfect placement of that zipper, for a moment? Look at how the lines on the vertical face wrap upwards and line up perfectly horizontally as well. I've accented the zipper with a dip-dyed grey tassel for an extra bit of fun.
Jack looks great from all angles. It's also a lightweight ottoman and can moved around very easily. It'll be quite handy over the holidays when you need extra seating.
And while I've designed these pieces to work together, they were so well with other pillows and accessories that Tonic Living offers. I've shown them here with the Palmer, Thunder, the Shandy, the Draper Stripe, Grey, and the Takeda Throw Blanket (which I used to wrap the bench cushion and give it a different look!).
I'm so thrilled to have the opportunity to design these pieces and am thankful to Tonic Living for bringing them to life. Shop the Heritage Holiday collection here now and throughout the holiday season. I hope they bring delight and a feeling of classic holiday style into your home!
