Christmas Craft for Kids: How To Make A Grinchmas Tree
I hope you all enjoyed the first part of my Christmas home tour yesterday! Don't forget to come back tomorrow for part 2 where I'll show you the exterior decorations. But for today, I'm joining a fabulous group of Canadian bloggers once again to share 20 Christmas Crafts For Your Home. Grab your little one and have fun making this Christmas craft for kids, A Grinchmas Tree!
There’s lots to love about the holidays but my favourite thing is having the chance to spend more time with my family. I especially love all the time I get to enjoy with my daughter Chloe – Christmas is so magical for kids and we thoroughly enjoy baking, gingerbread house decorating, and crafting together.
Chloe has been wanting to film another video so we decided to share this very simple holiday craft on How To Make A Grinchmas Tree. How The Grinch Stole Christmas is one of the movies we’ll be watching again this season and this craft (inspired by our wedding florist, Bruno, and his whimsical creations) gets us in the holiday spirit.
I hope you enjoy this video. Per usual, Chloe doesn’t like taking much direction from me and since her last video, it seems that she’s become quite the YouTube connoisseur (seriously – asking for comments and thumbs up? How does she know this stuff??). But I think it’s perfectly imperfect… words might be mispronounced, you can catch me and my yellow shirt in one shot, and there’s an amazing changing tree in the background… but the holidays aren’t about perfection. They’re about making memories. Let me know if you try out this craft and make some memories of your own!
